The team was rotating between 4 delivery apps. Nobody knew anymore who had ordered what, and half of it arrived cold. Mama Rosa cooks fresh and delivers everything in one go for all 28 people.
One captain plans in the morning before 10:00. The kitchen confirms allergens for anyone new to the team. Not a single complaint since January.
